Kanakuk Haiti (originally known as Christian Children's Charity), was established to provide the children of Haiti with a solid education, a growing personal knowledge of Jesus Christ and a daily nutritious meal. Under the direction of Pastor Edmond and Project Manager, Moise Vaval, there are 17 schools and 1 orphange.

What we do.

Kanakuk Haiti provides financial and material assistance to operate the schools and the orphanage. We support 168 teachers and over 5,000 children. Each child receives a Christian education, one meal per day of beans and rice, and the unconditional love of our Haitian teachers who challenge these kids to graduate with a high school diploma. Twice a year, we send each child a gift bag for Christmas and Easter packed by Americans like you. We also help build new schools and refurbish existing structures through the work of our volunteer mission trips. We are making a difference in these lives and invite you to join with us on this journey.

How you can help.

There are two ways you can join us in this cause.

•  Financial Support : You can be a part of providing these children with a daily meal, providing the teachers with salaries, or helping to build new schools.

•  Materials : You can help our volunteers who are laboring to pack the gift bags loaded with goodies such as toys, candy, school supplies and various hygienic products. These bags are shipped directly to our schools in Haiti and then hand delivered by us to the children. We are also seeking building materials for the schools, plastic cups and bowls, spoons, and chalk for the classrooms.
